Everything starts with a brief; brand values, objectives, target groups, occasions, etc, and our job is to convert the information into creative product solutions that fit our client’s needs. Design, production, full assortment of corporate merchandise, ordering via customized webshop, warehousing and distribution, are all activities included in our offer.
AGO has a broad experience in global and Nordic projects in which we act as a Total Service Provider. Our main objective is to create a measurable effect with the products, that is aligned with our client’s communication strategy.

Uniqueness for unique occasions
When the product solution is needed for special occasions and with special requirements, AGO works on a project basis. Sometimes it can apply to a specific product in a corporate assortment which should be a clear brand carrier and where additional efforts are put on design, fabrics, production techniques and marketing messages. It can also be custom-designed solutions for a certain occasion or area of usage such as Action Marketing Incentives or industrial designed packaging solutions.
Whatever your needs are, we always work according to a clear specification of requirements and provide quotation including workload, production and distribution.

Now or never
When you´re really in a hurry to that customer event, the education class or the fair, AGO Express offers fast delivery, in small volumes if needed, via an extensive network of wholesalers in Europe. Although these are standard products in stock, there is a great selection in color, fabrics and design and we can always find products that are in line with your company identity and brand. We usually carry out the impossible, and even an occasional miracle on the fly.

Focus on Consumers
Some of our clients own strong brands and their products are sold to consumers through dealers and retailers. AGO helps these clients with the manufacturing of their product range as well as packaging, accessories etc. High quality, reliable deliveries, environmental awareness and an extraordinary knowledge in design and trends are strong parts of the AGO total offer. In some cases, we apply a license-based business model where the customer outsources both production and retail to AGO for a royalty on the sales volume.

Sustainability
AGO's commitment to the environment and social responsibility is integrated into our management system ISO 9001. We have an environmental policy as well as an "AGO Chemical Restrictions list" and we work accordingly to ISO 26000. AGO is also connected to several organizations for recycling and environmental responsibility. We also offer products with several environmental and fair trade certifications.
Our Code of Conduct is based on the UN Global Compact's 10 principles together with environmental and ethical principles that we apply. Our suppliers sign a contract in which they ensure that they comply with our Code of Conduct and our environmental constraints. We also conduct regular audits of our factories. But perhaps the most important work is done together with our clients, in which the right product selection, manufacturing process and good planning will help to reduce CO2 emissions and reduce energy usage. We have also developed our own unique range of products that contribute to a better environment and better health.

Sales / Account Manager
We are looking for someone who has worked for some years with promotional products and merchandise. You must be creative and love to create and develop business and relationships.
Purchaser
We are looking for someone who has worked with production of both hard and soft products in the Far East. You have probably worked at a company in the Merchandise industry or in Retail and you like to negotiate and understand the importance of quality assurance. You are structured and like to do business. Your English is fluent both in speech and writing.
Designer
Do you have a passion for product design of both hard and soft products? You should be creative in the choice of product based on customer's brand and needs as well as creative in the choice of materials, layout and design and you work fast, efficient and customer needs-oriented. We are also interested in contracting designers on Freelance basis.
